What level of French is this program for?
Spoken French Accelerator is designed for adults who have a grasp on written or “textbook French”, and have some experience with speaking French.
Perhaps you studied French in school, or maybe you learned through apps and classes… but when it comes to real conversations, you freeze, translate word-for-word, or get lost when people speak quickly.
It’s not as suitable for complete beginners, or people who have no experience with spoken French at all. If you’re newer to spoken French, you’ll be more comfortable starting with Spoken French Essentials — also included inside Comme une Française - All Inclusive — and then you can dive into to this program when you’re ready!
What if I’m an advanced learner, but stronger in reading/writing than speaking?
You’re in good company! Most of my students are like this.
Many advanced learners have a rich vocabulary and solid grammar — but struggle with spoken French. This program focuses 100% on bridging that gap. You’ll train your ear for fast, everyday speech and practice the exact tools you need to respond naturally and confidently in real conversations.
What if I only have 15 minutes a day to learn?
That’s enough! Each video lesson is just 3–10 minutes, and the guided practice can be split into smaller chunks if needed.
Progress comes from consistency, not cramming. Even with a busy schedule, 15 minutes a day is plenty to start feeling more at ease in spoken French.
I'm very busy right now, how long do I have access to the program?
As long as you’re a member of Comme une Française – All Inclusive, you’ll have full access to Spoken French Accelerator (and every other program inside).
There’s no deadline, and no pressure — you can follow along week by week, or go at your own pace and revisit lessons whenever you want.
Will I really understand fast-spoken French?
Yes! That’s one of the main focuses of this program. You’ll train your ear to catch the shortcuts, filler words, and rhythm that make spoken French so different from the textbook version. By the end, fast French will feel much more familiar — not like a blur of sounds.
What is “All Inclusive”? Can’t I just buy this course?
Comme une Française - All Inclusive is our complete membership, giving you access to all of our learning resources — all courses, 30-Day Challenges, live sessions, and community support — for one monthly or annual price. (It does not currently include access to The French Conversation Club.)
Spoken French Accelerator is only available inside All Inclusive, because it’s designed to work alongside our other resources, support, and community. You can’t buy it separately, but the membership gives you so much more value for your investment.
Do I keep the course if I cancel my membership?
You’ll have full access to Spoken French Accelerator (and all other courses) for as long as your membership is active. If you cancel, your access will end — but you can always rejoin later and pick up where you left off.
Am I too old for this? Is this program only for 20-somethings?
Most of my students are women over 40. People who are in charge of their lives who know how important it is to learn and keep learning.
Ages range from 25 to over 70—so you’re more than welcome. And between us, if you fear running into technical difficulties accessing the program online, fear not! I’ll be there to help if needed.
I’m a man and this site says "Comme une Française". Can I join?

Salut ! Moi c’est Géraldine Lepère.
I’m a French woman (Paris-born, now living in the Alps) with a passion for sharing my love for French language and culture!
