I’m so glad that you decided to join us. 🥰
Over the next 30 days, we’re going to explore a daily challenge to help you get better at speaking real, everyday spoken French. Each activity should take no more than 15 minutes a day.
Our Theme & Dates
The content for this ‘10 Merveilles de France’ 30-Day French Challenge will be delivered from Thursday, May 1st until Friday, May 30th.
We will also have a welcome party on Monday, May 5th at 4pm Paris time (which is 7am Pacific / 10am Eastern / 3pm London time). I’ll share the link with you here the day before 😊.
Here’s quick preview of the topics we’ll be covering together:
Chapter 1: Parisian Landmarks – Explore the heart of Paris with two iconic treasures: Notre-Dame and the Louvre. 🗼
Chapter 2: Castles and Palaces – Step into royal history as we visit the majestic Château de Versailles and Chambord. 👑
Chapter 3: L’art de vivre – Discover the French art of living through wine, pastries, and everyday pleasures. 🥐
Chapter 4: Medieval France – Travel back in time to the legends and beauty of Mont Saint-Michel and Carcassonne. 🏰
Chapter 5: Breathtaking Landscapes – End your journey with the natural wonders of Provence’s lavender fields and La Soufrière volcano. 🌋
How to access the Challenge
If you haven’t done so already, you will need to purchase this course to receive access to the Challenge once it starts.
👉 Please note that the Challenge contents will be made available here, in the course platform. The daily content will not be emailed to you directly – so please be sure to bookmark this page and keep the link somewhere safe!
In this community, you’ll also be able to share your thoughts, experiences, and questions about the daily challenges, and connect with other people who love to learn more about French and French culture — just like you! 😄
How to get fast answers to your questions
We love hearing from you and seeing you connect with your fellow Challengers. Here are some guidelines to help you get the most out of the 30-day French Challenge and the fastest answers to any questions you may have.
- To ask a question or comment on a lesson: Use the comments section for the day’s lesson, and a member of our team will reply to it as soon as we can. This is also a great place to tell us what you learned, answer a question that was asked in the lesson, and support and encourage your fellow students. (Please keep commentary focused on lesson related topics.) Don’t be afraid to write in French, even if you make mistakes. ❤️
- To get technical or account support: Please email us at help@commeunefrancaise.com. We will not answer technical or account questions in the comments sections of lessons (it becomes messy and confusing for everyone!). 🛠️
I look forward to spending the next 30 days with you, helping you improve your French and learn more about French culture!
À bientôt !
